We regularly check our prices against competitors to ensure we offer the best price. In the unlikely event that a competitor offers the same product, and it is a comparable logistics and service offer we will *MATCH the price. The Price Match Promise applies to all products listed in the SciChem and Edulab website.

The Price Match Promise means that if you find the same product cheaper in UAE from any UK International Education Mail Order 2022 catalogue or international website such as Phillip Harris/Timstar (“Selected Retailers”) and available on standard terms and conditions of purchase and for business-to-business purposes, we will MATCH that price when you order from SciChem and Edulab.

Our Price Match Promise applies to any non-sale item available at SciChem and Edulab through our UAE based partner – Frontier Education. Any items which are part of a Selected Retailer’s promotions or are specially discounted are expressly excluded from our Price Match Promise

The price match will be given for exact matching branded products against the special online pricing available when you logged on to Edulab website (www.edulab.com).

In addition the following conditions apply:

1. Price Match Promise applies to overseas orders made using GBP prices shown on SciChem and Edulab International catalogue or website and are not applicable for stock items available on the website www.frontieredu.ae
2. Application of the Price Match Promise must be requested by the customer at the time of order
3. The products that can be price matched must be: (i) identical (i.e. same name, model, colour and pack sizes and warranty) as those of the Selected UK International Catalogues; (ii) available with SciChem and Edulab in the 2022 International Catalogue or website; (iii) new, not damaged; and (iv) sold by one of the Selected Catalogue companies in the UAE in GBP.
4. Products sold as part of a multi, or kit deal will be excluded.
5. Price Match Promise excludes items sold through suppliers who trade on a different basis to SciChem and Edulab, such as e-commerce only suppliers (such as Amazon and Noon), auction/marketplace websites (such as Ebay) or private sellers (such as Dubizzle).
6. The Price Match Promise may not be used in conjunction with other SciChem and Edulab promotions, discounts or voucher offers. SciChem and Edulab reserves the right to exercise its discretion in applying the Price Match Promise in this way.
7. With regard to account discounts specifically, Price Match Promise cannot be used in addition to account discounts and will be taken into account in the calculation of the price match i.e. if the price difference equates to 20% and the discount at account level is already 10%, a 10% product discount will be applied in order to meet the price match.
8. Price Match Promise is product specific and excludes overarching or special promotions, offers and discounts (including account discounts if applicable) by any Selected Catalogue Company. We will not apply the Price Match Promise to multiple or whole order discounts from any Selected Catalogue company, only the individual price of the actual product.
9. The Price Match Promise will not apply if the relevant Selected Retailer is in administration or closing down or offering clearance sales.
10. SciChem and Edulab the right to alter or withdraw our Price Match Promise at any time without notice.

To benefit from Price Match Promise, at the point of purchase, simply contact Frontier Education’s customer services team by writing to support@frontieredu.ae referencing the Price Match Promise and with the following information:

(1) the Selected Catalogue’s name;

(2) the product code or part reference (SKU); and

(3) the copy of the catalogue page or the web address to the international version of the catalogue or website.

We will confirm the provided information, verify the price, and will then MATCH the price on our quote to the Selected Catalogue’s product price. Please note that the product price must be valid and available at the point of purchase from SciChem and Edulab.

Once an order is placed, this Price Match Promise cannot be retrospectively applied.
